“ This is a bar that serves basically one thing - pizza. They have a salad option, but the star of the show is pizza. Very thin and crispy, and cooked perfectly- the pizza is great. Service this evening was below par, but they could have been short staffed. They have food runners, so pizza came out hot. Seating inside is comfortable and a great location. ”
“ Best pizza we have had!!! Thin crust, perfect cooked and delicious. The place is nice, has a huge bar area to be seated and lots of booths to seat and enjoy a nice dinner. Service is quick and on top. Full bar and lots of beer to choose from. We definitely will go back when we visit again. Vegan options too!! And if you are into soccer, if the Tampa bay rowdies are playing in town and you go after the game to Colony, if you have your jersey on you get 25% off... what a sweet deal. Thank you ”
“ Stopped in for a Guinness and some Jameson today for St Patty's and tried the best pizza....corned beef and cabbage...delicious! Love their thin, crispy crust, perfect either a pint! ”
“ I live near the original Colony pizza in CT. I have visited all of them in CT (Stamford, Norwalk, Fairfield, Milford) and all of them are consistently good. Best bar pizza around and they pour a great Guinness. They all look the same, very local. I wanted to try the one in St Pete to compare. Exactly the same. Great pizza and beer. Same look and feel to the CT locations. Happy I went and will be back. ”
“ A local hangout type bar (super clean) serving only thin crust pizzas. Cozy with dark wood and brick walls, so much more relaxed and inviting than the many recently opened establishments with more of a modern and coldish atmosphere. As mentioned they serve only thin crust pizza with choices of toppings along with a salad pizza and a breakfast pizza. The pizza is pretty good, satisfying when you just need something to munch on while having a few drinks. John was my bartender, a great guy with a lot of hands on with this and other Colony Grills on the east coast, and I enjoyed sharing stories with him. Prices were fair and I won’t hesitate to visit again. Really enjoyed my time here this afternoon. Thanks John! ”
“ We stopped into the St Pete Colony after having our fair share of pies at the original in Stamford.. wow it was excellent! Just like back home The manager Brooks was very friendly and even let us sample the newest addition to the menu which was awesome.. keep up the great work my friend! ... ”
“ You really have to be a big fan of thin crust pizza , it's extremely thin with no crust around the outside edges , but I love of all kinds of pizza ! ”
“ So there I was, driving past a Rowdies billboard on this side of Tropicana Field—blasting out claims of “THE MOST FAMOUS THIN CRUST IN TOWN,” like it was some kind of doughy mic drop. Naturally, I had to investigate. And let me tell you: it did not disappoint. This pizza is thinner than my last shred of self-control. Walked in thinking I’d get a slice and leave. Left with a full Hot Oil & Stingers pie and a pizza-induced spiritual awakening. The crust? So thin it basically ghosted me halfway through chewing—but in the best way. Crispy, light, and just enough chew to remind you it’s still pizza and not a delicious paper plate. And then there’s the Breakfast Pie. I don’t know who decided that eggs and sausage belong on a pizza, but I hope they’re living their best life, because I am now living mine thanks to them. Bonus points for the Salad Pizza—it’s basically a salad that moonlights as pizza. It’s healthy because it has cucumbers, right? Colony Grill: where the crust is thin, the toppings are spicy, and your post-meal nap is mandatory. 10/10 would billboard-follow again. #ThinCrustTruth #HotOilIsMyLoveLanguage #ColonyGrillConvertedMe #SaladOnPizzaISwearItWorks ”
